A cleanser recommended by dermatologists. It's great because it doesn't cause blemishes. I feel like I've been using it consistently for 5 or 6 years. Honestly, I prefer cleansing waters because they're more convenient, but all the products I used were discontinued, so I reluctantly came back to this with a heavy heart. I hope this product never gets discontinued! Be very careful not to get it in your eyes when cleansing, as it can cause a strong tingling sensation if it does. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 6, 2024
I have combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin. Since switching to this cleanser, I've experienced no dryness or blemishes at all. I'm extremely satisfied with it. There's honestly nothing to complain about. The quantity seems generous for the price. I apply the cleansing gel gently to my face without wetting it first, using only damp hands to massage it in circular motions before rinsing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 15, 2023
It's perfect for morning cleansing or on makeup-free days - so gentle on the skin! I'm already on my third bottle. Even with my acne-prone skin, I've never experienced any blemishes after using it. When wearing makeup, it can't be used as a standalone cleanser. It's only suitable as the first step in a double cleansing routine! It comes in both tube and pump versions, but personally, I found the pump more convenient to use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 7, 2023
As someone with rosacea, this is the only cleanser that has truly worked for me. It removes makeup gently without causing any blemishes. Sometimes I wonder if it's actually cleansing my skin effectively. I suppose it's because it doesn't have a foaming formula... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 2, 2022
▶️ Skin type: Super sensitive, combination skin ▶️ Texture: Transparent gel ▶️ Blemishes: None whatsoever ▶️ Zeroid products are famous for being gentle, so I used it without worrying about irritation. As expected, it was truly gentle. The moment it touched my skin, I could feel how mild it was, and it didn't sting even when it got in my eyes. But what I loved most was how hydrating it is... It's the perfect cleansing product for winter!!! As someone with extremely sensitive skin, this product was amazing for me. Highly recommended for those with sensitive skin!!! ▶️ It doesn't seem to be a foaming product. If you prefer cleansers with lots of foam, keep this in mind! ▶️ If you wear makeup, double cleansing is a must!! The cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong. Oh! You know you need to double cleanse even if you only wear sunscreen, right?? I usually double cleanse anyway, so it wasn't an issue for me, but those who find it bothersome might find it inconvenient..?? If you wear makeup, first use an eye makeup remover, then a cleansing water to remove face makeup, and finally use the Zeroid Cleansing Gel for a thorough cleanse. You know what happens when you don't cleanse properly, right? Your skin can freak out... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 1, 2022
My skin became super sensitive and I suddenly developed seborrheic dermatitis, so I was looking for a low pH cleansing gel. I chose the Zeroid Cleansing Gel and have been using it. While it doesn't completely prevent blemishes from appearing, it seems to be maintaining the status quo. It's incredibly gentle on the skin. If you're someone who enjoys that squeaky-clean feeling after washing, you might not like this as it feels quite slippery. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 30, 2022
Hydration: Moisturizing. After cleansing, your face doesn't feel tight, but rather slightly slippery, which is actually good for the skin. Sensitivity/Blemishes: For sensitive/combination dehydrated skin, it's non-irritating and moisturizing. While it doesn't prevent blemishes on its own, it's gentle and non-irritating, so you can use it without worry. Cleansing effectiveness: I was concerned the thin consistency might not cleanse well, but no need to worry! It cleanses effectively. It removes foundation, eyeshadow, and even long-lasting lip tints cleanly. Note: I couldn't test its effectiveness on eyeliner or mascara as I don't use them. Fragrance: A subtle scent that's not polarizing. Personally, I loved it. Price: While it might seem expensive at first glance, considering the size and quantity, it offers good value for money. Texture: Very thin gel-type. It's so fluid that it slightly runs when it touches your face. It doesn't roll like an oil, but immediately turns watery when you try to massage it. It's a bit disappointing that you can't really massage it, but it's not a major drawback. As someone with super sensitive skin who has to be careful when choosing cleansing products, this one worked well for me without any issues! - Cleansing effectiveness: Being a low pH cleansing gel, I didn't expect it to be too powerful, but it did a decent job removing sunscreen and cushion foundation. - Gentleness: I didn't experience any blemishes while using it. I was concerned about irritation if I used a cotton pad, so I massaged it in and rinsed with water instead, which caused almost no irritation. - Hydration: My skin tends to be dry, and I usually feel deep dryness if I don't moisturize immediately after cleansing. However, with the Zeroid Cleansing Gel, I didn't experience significant dryness. Though this is similar to my experience with other cleansing gels, so it might be due to the gel formulation. - Cleansing effectiveness: The product suggests that one cleanse is enough, but if you wear makeup, you'll likely need to use another product in conjunction with this for a thorough cleanse. With its low irritation and less drying formula, it seems ideal for use right after waking up or just before bed. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 26, 2022
1. Hydrating Unlike some cleansers that strip away necessary oils and moisture due to their strong cleansing power, this one left my skin feeling hydrated after use. 2. Gentle It doesn't cause any tingling, redness, or blemishes. Even when it got into my eyes, I didn't experience much discomfort. 3. Trustworthy product Zeroid is sold in dermatology clinics, which gives me confidence in the product. 4. Texture It has a thin, transparent texture similar to aloe gel that's popular in summer. I often use cleansing oils, and sometimes they turn white when emulsified and make a mess in the bathroom when they drip. I appreciated that this doesn't happen with this product. 1. Inconvenient packaging I always prefer pump-type cleansers for convenience, so having to open the cap and squeeze the product out of the tube is a bit inconvenient. 2. Cleansing effectiveness It does remove everything, but I don't wear heavy makeup, so I'm not sure how well it would work on a full face. With cleansing oils, a quick rub usually does the job, but with this product, I had to massage it in quite a bit. If you're not someone who wears heavy makeup or just applies sunscreen, this seems like a great product. Dermatologists actually say that over-cleansing can be worse for your skin, so I'm satisfied with this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 13, 2022
I'm still using it, but it doesn't cause any blemishes and keeps my skin hydrated. I'll update on its cleansing effectiveness after I've used it more. Since it doesn't lather, I wonder if it's cleaning thoroughly enough. I find myself using it more as a morning cleanser rather than for deep cleansing. I guess that's something I'll have to get used to.
