I tried this because it's said to be good for sensitive skin and preventing moisture loss. Thanks to the glycerin's hydrating properties, it's gentle and non-irritating, making it great for morning cleansing and as a cleansing gel. The only downside is that it's too large to carry around as a portable size. For best results, use the cleansing gel on dry skin in the morning. When wearing makeup, start with a cleansing milk for the first cleanse, then follow up with the gel for a thorough double cleanse. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 20, 2025
It's my third day using this gel-type moisturizer, and it's perfect for my sensitive skin prone to deep dryness. The texture feels so soft and smooth - I love it! From the very first day, it seemed to eliminate that tight, parched feeling. I'm really impressed! I'm thinking of trying the Zeroid sunscreen next. So far, I can't think of anything I don't like about it. I'm 100% certain I'll be repurchasing! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 31, 2024
I'm personally very satisfied with this product! As someone with sensitive, reactive, combination skin, I can't use just any cosmetic that touches my skin. But since this is a product sold in clinics, I've been using it well for over a month now. I was worried it might irritate my skin since it's meant to be used without water, but surprisingly, it cleanses smoothly without causing irritation! I also love how it leaves my skin feeling moisturized after cleansing, especially in the dry areas of my cheeks, without any tightness. The only downsides are the higher price point, which is expected for a clinical product, and the slight inconvenience of having to use it without water - you need to wash and dry your hands before application. Other than that, I don't have any complaints! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 7, 2024
I'm completely satisfied. It's gentle, which I love. The hydration is also great. There's nothing bad to say! I plan to keep using it. If I find any drawbacks after more use, I'll update my review. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 22, 2024
I've gone through over 10 bottles of this product - it's truly become a staple in my routine. My skin is super sensitive, so I can't use just any cleansing product, but this one gently removes makeup and impurities without drying out my skin. That's why I keep using it. Highly recommended for those with sensitive skin! The lack of sales or promotions makes it a bit pricey. While I continue to purchase it due to its effectiveness, buying the large pump bottle does put a strain on my wallet. It would be great if they occasionally offered promotions, like including a travel-size with the purchase of the large size. Apply the product to dry hands and face, then gently massage in circular motions. It even removes eye makeup effectively without causing much irritation to the eyes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 19, 2024
I have sensitive combination skin. My dermatologist recommended Zeroid, which I've been using consistently. This time, I trusted the brand and bought the Dermanel Cleansing Gel too. I love how it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after cleansing! It doesn't lather up, so I'm not sure if it's actually cleansing, but I'll trust it because it's Zeroid. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2024
As someone with extremely dry and sensitive skin who used to only cleanse with water, this product has been a game-changer. It leaves my skin feeling comfortable without any tightness after cleansing. It's also quite effective at removing point makeup. I've been using it for years now and highly recommend it for those with sensitive skin. While it works perfectly for my skin type, those with the opposite skin type might not get that squeaky clean feeling they're after. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 22, 2024
For skin with dermatitis, sensitivity, redness, and combination issues: Among all the cleansers I've used over 30 years, this one causes the least deep dryness. It's an excellent product for those with dermatitis who should avoid excessive cleansing, yet it still maintains effective cleansing power. I typically use Zeroid Easy Wash and sunscreen, and this product alone is sufficient for my first cleanse. My skin barrier has significantly improved since using it. On days with makeup, you'll need to use a lip and eye remover for color cosmetics, and for heavy base makeup, a double cleanse is necessary to achieve thorough cleansing. For those with dermatitis who wear heavy makeup, try this cleansing routine: Lip and eye remover -> Cleansing water -> Zeroid Gel Cleanser This allows for a thorough cleanse while minimizing oil usage! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 6, 2024
I have combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin. Since switching to this cleanser, I've experienced no dryness or blemishes at all. I'm extremely satisfied with it. There's honestly nothing to complain about. The quantity seems generous for the price. I apply the cleansing gel gently to my face without wetting it first, using only damp hands to massage it in circular motions before rinsing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 1, 2024
Great for sensitive skin, doesn't leave your face feeling dry after cleansing, and gives a nice plump and bouncy feeling Can't really tell about its cleansing effectiveness, but it works well as a first-step cleanser
