I've been consistently using this cleansing gel for 4 years now! As someone with acne-prone skin, I've tried cleansing oils, creams, tissues, and waters, but this gel is truly the best! It's gentle and effectively removes makeup without irritation. I only wear BB cream, and when I use this gel followed by a foam cleanser, my skin feels incredibly clean. I can't imagine being without this product! There's absolutely nothing to complain about. It comes in a large size, it's gentle on the skin, and it's simply a perfect product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 22, 2024
I've gone through over 10 bottles of this product - it's truly become a staple in my routine. My skin is super sensitive, so I can't use just any cleansing product, but this one gently removes makeup and impurities without drying out my skin. That's why I keep using it. Highly recommended for those with sensitive skin! The lack of sales or promotions makes it a bit pricey. While I continue to purchase it due to its effectiveness, buying the large pump bottle does put a strain on my wallet. It would be great if they occasionally offered promotions, like including a travel-size with the purchase of the large size. Apply the product to dry hands and face, then gently massage in circular motions. It even removes eye makeup effectively without causing much irritation to the eyes. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2024
As someone with extremely dry and sensitive skin who used to only cleanse with water, this product has been a game-changer. It leaves my skin feeling comfortable without any tightness after cleansing. It's also quite effective at removing point makeup. I've been using it for years now and highly recommend it for those with sensitive skin. While it works perfectly for my skin type, those with the opposite skin type might not get that squeaky clean feeling they're after. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 25, 2024
The photo I've attached is of the larger size version, but it's the same product! This is truly my holy grail cleanser!! I first tried it when my dermatologist recommended it, and it's amazingly gentle on both ingredients and formulation, yet still removes makeup effectively!! It takes off eyeliner, lipstick, and eyeshadow, so unless you're wearing mascara, you don't even need a separate eye makeup remover... That's how effective its cleansing power is. After washing with this product, it's best to apply your emulsion right away, of course, but even if you wait a bit, your skin doesn't feel tight. That's how good its hydration is!! Usually, people say that if you wear makeup and do deep cleansing too often, it can irritate your skin. But this one is so gentle that there's no irritation at all when cleansing. When I wear makeup, I just double cleanse with this, and if you follow up with a bit more moisturizer than usual, it's perfect. There are honestly no downsides. My skin was in really bad shape, and I spent over $500 at the dermatologist. Now I only get occasional blemishes when my skin's not at its best, and this product has been with me through it all. The instructions say to use it without water and then wipe it off, but using it without water is absolutely essential!! The cleansing effectiveness seems to differ completely depending on whether you use water or not. When I wash with water, I notice more blackheads, but when I cleanse without water, my skin becomes smooth without any issues!! As for wiping it off, I actually skip that step because I worry it might sensitize my skin. Instead, I just massage it in thoroughly with my hands and then rinse with water, which seems to be enough. For those who want to wipe it off, you could use something like the sponges they use at dermatology clinics! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAug 4, 2023
My skin has become quite sensitive lately, so I've been using this for cleansing instead of cleansing oils or wipes. I love how gentle and non-irritating it is. Since I only wear light makeup (sunscreen and eyeliner), this cleanser works perfectly for me and removes everything effectively. There's nothing particularly bad about it, but if you wear mascara or heavy makeup, it might not remove everything completely. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinApr 30, 2023
If you have skin inflammation, I highly recommend trying this product! It cleanses thoroughly without irritation, even removing light makeup effectively. The downside? It doesn't improve your skin beyond maintaining its current state. But then again, we can't expect too much from a cleansing product. For those suffering from skin inflammation, the fact that it doesn't cause irritation or blemishes is already a huge plus. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 1, 2023
It has gentle ingredients and effectively removes makeup. At first, I wondered if it was actually cleansing since it doesn't foam up, but it removes everything except mascara really well. My skin is quite sensitive, so I've been a skincare nomad for a while, but I've finally settled on this product. Apart from the high price and its inability to remove mascara, everything else about it is great. Recommended for combination dehydrated, super sensitive, bumpy, and blemish-prone skin! For those who wear makeup, try combining this with Bioderma Crealine and Zeroid Cleansing Gel. Follow up with Illiyoon's sky blue Soothing Cream, and you'll achieve truly amazing skin. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 5, 2022
Honestly, it's so fresh! What is this??? I mean, it looks exactly like a soothing gel, but when you rub it, it removes makeup - it's mind-blowing! The way it washes off feels great too. It's like using a wash-off mask... leaves your skin incredibly hydrated. But wait, why does it remove mascara????? That's what scares me the most - it's gentle and fun to use, but with insane cleansing effectiveness... I can't tell yet. In my opinion, I might never know. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinDec 2, 2022
It feels like I'm slathering aloe gel all over my face! I was skeptical about its cleansing power, but surprisingly, it actually works well! The product effectively removed basic makeup, including base, eyebrows, eyeshadow, and contouring. While it may require a second cleanse for eyeliner and mascara, I've heard great things about its gentle ingredients and how the cleansing gel is non-irritating for the skin. I'll likely continue using it. This was my first time using a cleansing gel, so the experience was quite unique. Unlike other cleansing products that give a 'washing' sensation, this gel felt like it was just gliding over my face. It doesn't transform when it comes into contact with water like oil cleansers do, so I was unsure if it was actually cleansing or not. Also, it didn't remove mascara or eyeliner very well, so I had to do a partial second cleanse for those areas. My daily routine: 1. Use lip and eye remover for initial cleanse of eyes and lips 2. Use cleansing gel to remove residue and remaining makeup 3. Follow up with skincare routine I've been following this routine daily, and it seems to be working well without putting too much stress on my skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 2, 2022
I started using Zeroid on my dermatologist's recommendation, and I've been impressed by both its ingredients and effectiveness. I usually use water or balm-type products for my first cleanse, so this gel-type cleanser was new to me. It's a clear gel that you can use without water, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it removed even eye makeup. Its cleansing effectiveness was better than I expected. There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. It leaves no residue after cleansing, and I'm very satisfied!
